Gordon was born in Fort Smith, AR attended school there and went on to graduate from Arkansas Tech University in Russellville.  He is married to Phyllis White also of Fort Smith, they have two children Hannah, and Katie.

Gordon is a graduate of Arkansas Tech University in Russellville, AR, and attended Southwestern Seminary in Ft. Worth, TX., 1985-1987

Gordon was saved in 1969 and surrendered to the ministry in 1977, accepting his first position in September 1977 at the age of 20.  Gordon has served churches in Arkansas, Florida, Oklahoma, and Texas.  Gordon’s staff positions include Associate Pastor (Music and Education), Children’s Minister, Youth Minister, and Worship Pastor.
